This is not true..I have a freid that started me on my journey to know what I know now and seen my friend has 2 five dollar 64 or 5 bills..she showed them to me many yrs. ago, so I can not recall the particulars..didn’t have a cell phone at the time to take picture but you can see them in a google search. They were in circulation.
