If they raise it then $1.2T more will come flooding OUT of the SMALL banks and into US Treasuries through the Money Market Funds. If they DON’T raise it then the COLLATERAL BACKING of the $2.5 Quadrillion Derivative Market will turn into a “Weapon of Mass Financial Destruction!” Which of the 2 evils will they choose?!
