I know most of us are guessing when and how the RV/GCR will take place and are anxiously awaiting that day, much less any accurate information regarding that event.
Charlie Ward says we will have the EBS activated first, then we can RV. Mark Z keeps alluding to the RV taking place at any moment, including prior to the EBS.
Here’s my problem: If the EBS is first and the internet, phones, and etc. are all down, how can we receive the notification it’s time to exchange our currencies? If we can get notifications, how do we set our appointments? If we go to the appointment, how does the exchange center put any money into our accounts?
I’m not saying Charlie is wrong here; rather, like most of us here, I’m trying to put two sections of the puzzle together and unless there is a connecting piece that joins these two sections, they won’t mate up. Unless I am missing something, or Charlie isn’t telling us everything about this process, we can’t have the EBS PRIOR to the RV. Well, I suppose we could IF we have to wait until the internet, phones, and etc. come back on line. If so, is this the missing piece?
