Judy, et. al. … From a fellow Chicago area awakened soul holding the space and light for God’s plan to materialize, eternal GRATITUDE for all of your tireless efforts with sharing this intel to the best of your ability and knowledge. While I appreciate the insights and details provided in these reports, it has all just been noise for months and years for me personally with a few nuggets of important news. Below is a list of the Tier4B notification predictions for each month going back approximately 1 year that obviously have never happened.
A few recommendations for these sources (Bruce, MarkZ, FulFord, Poof, etc…) if they are reading this…Please NO more dates and if possible, share specific details that may indicate pending events that don’t affect the overall plan.
**Judy…I understand and appreciate the effort to read and prepare this daily, but if at all possible, it would be very helpful to us readers and great to see the daily Delta’s highlighted in yellow since 90% of each letter is duplicated from day to day.

- Wed. 12 Apr Tier 4B (and everyone else) were expecting to receive emails to set appointments on Wed. 12 April and begin appointments on Thurs. 13 April. …Bruce
- Tues. 28 March Bruce: Tier4b appears to be in a position to start sometime between Wed. 29 March through Fri. 31 March.
- Thurs. 9 Feb. Bruce: An international bank said that once USTN was available at the banks Tier4b appointments would start – and that could be within the next couple of days
- Thu 19 Jan Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) notification window to set foreign currency exchange and Zim Bond redemption appointments was still any time from now through Tues. 31 Jan, though MarkZ said notification could happen at “any moment” and Bruce maintained that notification would be within the next couple of days.
- Wed. 14 Dec “Sources are saying the Event will roll out over three days with Tiers 2 & 3 on Mon. 12 Dec.; Tier 4-A on Tues. 13 Dec. and wrapping up with the launch of Tier 4B on Wed. 14 Dec.”
- Thu. 11 Nov. A High Up Military Source said that Wed. 2 Nov. and Thurs. 3 Nov. were significant days for Tier4B notification. Tues. MarkZ: “Most of my sources say it will happen between Thurs. 3 Nov. and Fri. 11 Nov.
- Fri 14 Oct. MarkZ said, Tier4B would go within 72 hours after that, that we were looking at Tier 4B appointments on Wed. 19 2022.
- Thurs. 29 Sept. Bruce: Tier4B should get the 800#s within the next three days. The GCR will complete by Fri. 30 Sept. Redemption Centers have a permanent 12 day schedule.
- Wed. 10 Aug. Tier4B should get notified Wed. afternoon 10 Aug. and set appointments for Thurs. 11 Aug.
- Thurs. Evening 21 July MarkZ: Redemption Center staff was anticipating Tier4B exchanges/ redemption going into the weekend and through the next 4-5 days.
- Tues. 7 June Bruce 800 call…Tier 4B notification subsequent to Bond Holder notification, possibly Wed. 8 June.
