MOST OF THE [Budget] ARTICLES HAVE ALREADY BEEN VOTED UPON. THEY HAD PUT A FEW ASIDE THAT WERE MORE CONTENTIOUS. THEY ARE NOT VOTING IN ORDER BY NUMBER. THEY ARE RESUMING AT 1:00 P.M. TOMORROW IRAQ TIME WHICH IS 6:00 A.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME. THE GOAL IS TO COMPLETE THE VOTE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE…WE MAY BE CLOSER THAN WE THINK.

Who cares about the budget. I care about when that budget is open, what it’s going to do…this is amazing what’s going on with the monetary and economic reform…The budget is not an issue. IMO the budget is done but it’s not official, signed released yet so okay it’s not ‘done’. Fine. But I got a feeling tomorrow [Sunday] they’re gonna make a big deal about this budget…

FRANK: Yes…it tells you a lot. IMO it means your currency is now going to enter the international trading market. JP Morgan will be a carrier of the Iraqi currency into the international world and trust me they would not be doing this at a program rate…

It’s going to go up in increments. It’s not going to freaking be reinstated to the $3.22 rate or anything like that. There is a good possibility it could change and improve…or it could be less. I’m saying to you stay grounded. Let’s see what they do. Let’s see what they vote on before you jump to conclusions that the exchange rate is changing. I’m not negative. I’m not positive…We’re all in the same boat. We all want the same thing.

[New Iraqi ATMs update] They’re there. They’re inside the banks and they’re outside the banks on the wall and they’re strategically located all over. There’s a bulletin/piece of paper/an announcement that’s on the ATMs it says, ‘These ATMs are not active right now but you will be using them very soon citizens of Iraq.’
…My understanding is all the ATMs are to be loaded with a different currency before mid-month. I have to leave it that right now.

The CBI have nothing to do with the RV…Anybody tell you the CBI can flip the switch, they don’ know what they’re talking about. It’s somebody else has to flip the switch and it’s right here in America . They have to agree and they have to give a green light. There’s 3 of them – The Treasury of United States, Forex and The World Bank…I’m 100% sure…any Central Bank of any county have nothing to do with the exchange rate.
Think about it. It made sense to me because when the war started we lost the value of our currency and it was not the CBI decision that did that. It was somebody else. The same people who put the rate down, it’s the same people who’s gonna put the exchange rate up. It they tell you about a new currency, I agree with them 100%. They tell you about how the economy is doing a lot better, I agree with them 100%. If they talk to you about monetary reforms and all that B.S, 100% right. But the Central Bank of Iraq have nothing to do with the exchange rate...

The world’s largest bank is coming into Iraq. They’re doing a digital transformation so they can handle this new growth, reconstruction effort we’ve been talking about. We can clearly see it’s happening before your eyes. We should be really pretty pumped about this.
