- By Fri. 16 June the Admiral had released the codes to the Quantum Financial System and algorithms downloaded Dubai One and Two funds.
- On Sat. 17 June Sat. 17 a CBI contact said that the IMF, World Bank and US Treasury had given the “green light” to reinstate the currency.

- On June 19th, 2023, the Bank of England will migrate to the ISO20022 messaging system for Chaps and RTGS. Over 60 countries worldwide utilize the real time gross settlement system or RTGS. This is another important migration effort into the QFS that will unite quantum computer systems in the even more countries. I believe this completes the major banking systems around the world now inside the ISO20022 messaging system. The remaining Banks have until 2025 to complete this process. Those interested in financial inclusion will make this deadline.
Restored Republic:
- The Jubilee begins. Nesara Gesara Energy. It may or may not roll out under those labels. U.S. will join BRICS by the end of 2025 or early 2026. QFS — Gold/Asset-Backed Currency. We will have our own Energy Production in full motion. The Golden Age — Releasing all hidden & suppressed Technologies. Free Energy is coming.
Timeline
- The last week in June 2023 Social Security increases would begin, plus Restitution Allowances and Med Bed appointments would start.
- The first part of July the new Quantum Financial System will be completely interfaced in computers around the World that would be coordinating currency transactions through the International Payment System ISO 20022.
- In Mid August Jim Rickards said BRICS is releasing their new commodity backed International currency. This is the d---h of the Petrodollar.
