A senior delegation from the Pentagon visits Baghdad and Erbil

A senior delegation from the US Department of Defense (the Pentagon) is visiting Iraq, including the Kurdistan region.
A source in the Pentagon said in a press statement, “A delegation from the US Department of Defense headed by Assistant Secretary of Defense for Middle East Affairs Dana Stroul will visit Baghdad and hold a series of meetings there.”
The source added, “The delegation is also scheduled to visit Erbil, and meet with senior officials in the Kurdistan Region.” LINK
