Will we actually see that the payments will be made or assets seized or is it the US TREASURY, INC. will have the US FEDERAL RESERVE, INC. print more fiat currency to please the eyes of the American Public?

A friend of mine and many others out there that do not believe in all this GCR, RV, G/NESARA, QFS and Q stuff bring up that the present US Federal Reserve will just print more currency to pay for all the c--------n and nothing will change.
Will we even be seeing any changes come Saturday July 1, 2023 or will it be just on Monday July 3, 2023 a normal work day?
Come Monday July 3 will all the bankrupt banks be shut down and then the info on our QFS Accounts must be released so we don’t have to wait till after the 10-12 days of the EBS or people going into chaos as their funds were stolen? Yes, your banks were shut down and your funds were mirrored into your QFS Account, but you just don’t have access to those funds as of yet. Just Wait Again!
It looks like there will be 5 more days of silence before the Republic is brought forth unless Trump gets on the horn worldwide on July 4, 2023 with the celebration he will be at and tell everyone that the EBS is beginning and have us listen to it all.

And with that the New USNs will be handed out to all lawful banks to then the American Public can begin to exchange them, with maybe six months before all Federal Reserve Notes being invalid and just collector items.

Or will it be that all the Tier levels of exchangers have to exchange their currency first before anyone of us even gain access to our QFS Accounts, and that is they have 10 days to make an appointment and 30 days after that to make the exchanges, thus 40 more days for us to wait?
Will the law enforcement be truly informed of this change and not be arresting people for having the so-called counterfeit USNs? If they do the Qualified Immunity is surely out the door as we have our True Republic in control and they will be taken down so fast and no higher ups can save them as those ones will be going down as well.
