Standard Chartered Bank just closed out their silver short position and will NEVER RETURN TO THE COMEX SILVER MARKET! SCB is one of a hand full of silver riggers in COMEX Silver! COT Data from last week silver slam was also SHOCKING! While the Commercials were able to cover a substantial amount of short positions on the price slam (as usual) the Tech traders DID NOT go short as they usually do…as a matter of fact…they were CLOSING OUT SHORTS!! End Game my friends!
