WHAT IS THE *KEY THING* THAT HAS TO CHANGE SO THAT WE’LL  A-C-T-U-A-L-L-Y  GET RV/GCR?

The KEY THING That Has To Change Is, That You Look *AT YOURSELF* To Make RV/GCR HAPPEN, — *NOT* AT THE “WHITE HATS.”
