In this video, Peter discusses the US Treasury Department’s announcement to borrow an “eye-popping” amount of a trillion dollars over the next three months alone and a projected 1.85 trillion over the next six months, which is 40 to 50 percent higher than the Treasury’s last debts just two months ago. Peter also mentions that federal spending jumped 18 percent in June of the year ago to 646 billion dollars on the month, which is an annualized 8 trillion, almost double what the feds collect.
