Should You Have Anything Like This Happening To You, — You DON’T WANT TO GET INVOLVED WITH SUCH NEGATIVITY, — Such As Trying To Find Out WHY This NEGATIVITY “Came In,” — Trying To Find Out IF It Is “YOUR” NEGATIVITY, — Trying To Repress It, — Or Trying To Fight It !
None Of These, – Or Any Similar Things, – You Want To Do !
Because The Only Thing This WOULD DO Is, — That You Would Give This NEGATIVITY MORE OF YOUR ATTENTION, — Which Would Just FURTHER STRENGTHEN This NEGATIVITY.
No, — — — The RIGHT WAY To Deal With Such NEGATIVITY “Coming In” Is, – To DEPRIVE This NEGATIVITY Of ALL OF YOUR ATTENTION, — If At All Possible, — Or Of As Much Of It As Possible.

Such “DEPRIVING Of Your ATTENTION” Is Best Done By Focusing Your ATTENTION Onto SOMETHING “HIGHLY POSITIVE,” — Such As Maybe Have A Nice Cup Of Coffee, Talking With And Having A Good Time With Friends And Family, Taking Long Walks In Nature, Going Trail Biking In The Forest, — Etc, — WHATEVER, — You Get The Idea, — Right ?
If You So MAXIMIZE Your HIGH VIBRATIONS; — This MAKES YOU MUCH MORE CAPABLE OF SUCCESSFULLY DOING ANYTHING YOU MAY WANT TO DO, — Including Also Steps (4) – (13) Of LESSON #1, — Of This, – *THE MAGIC OF THE LAW OF ONE* COURSE.
