Perhaps it is useful to try to see for oneself when RV could happen and why it does not happen.
We can then see the criteria being fulfilled or not and can see RV coming according to the degree of fulfillment of these preconditions:
It seems the Chinese Elders have taken responsibility for the financing, with their gold, of the RV.
They want a better world and are prepared to put up the money for it. Of course they want that money back and that should be easy to arrange considering the enormous increase in productivity that will result from RV.
Speculation:
The idea of RV is a just and fair “level” playing field. The value of a currency corresponds to the real value of the resources of a country.
A clean playing field has no place for dishonesty – as we have seen now in Iraq where the revaluation has been delayed thru dishonesty – and thus no place for things like sanctions.

The sanctions mean that RV cannot take place as long as the US and the EU are sanctioning Russia.
So one criterion for RV is the removal of the “governments” in the US and EU.
We can look around us and see whether the criteria for a fair commercial and financial international exchange are given.
At the moment they are not given.
Let us make a list of all conditions that have to be fulfilled – then we shall know when RV can take place.
