What are they?

Why are they so important?

NESARA (and now GESARA – Global) are SO HUGE that they need to be in an article by THEMSELVES!

So I decided to share the information that I have. EVERYONE on the planet will be affected by these!!

THE ORIGINAL WORDING:  NATIONAL ECONOMIC SECURITY AND REFORMATION ACT

I learned about NESARA in the year 2000. I have lived through the changes, so I have some history. 

Since then, I have seen so many different wordings from the original that it’s astounding!  <sigh>  smh

Some say it was already enacted. 

WRONG!
Had that been the case, everyone would have heard shouting from the rooftops!!!

New people are waking up to this every day, so they need to know where to find the TRUTH. 

Plus, everyone needs to know the CORRECT WORDING and the 19 items that outline how it will work.

The scope of my article is only to give you a short synopsis of the history and those 19 tenets. For those who choose to do the ‘deep dive,’ I will give you the websites (with resources) that have had all this detailed information posted for MANY years! They are treasure troves!   So check at the end – and you can do your own ‘homework.’

NESARA came to be from the early 1970s “Farm Claims” – which have not been paid yet!

In the BIG picture, NESARA goes back for over 100 years and involves thousands of home and farm foreclosures!

These were from fraudulent bank practices as early as 1892!   See the 1892 and 1934 Banker’s Manifesto.

The Federal Land Bank. In the 1970s, that bank illegally foreclosed on the mortgages of the Midwest farmers. A land grab, if you will.  The farmers were defrauded by the banks with the approval of the Federal Reserve System. (There are many books and other references to the Federal Reserve – which is not Federal and has no Reserves.)

So the farmers filed a Class Action law suit.  And WON!!!

These court cases eventually became known as the “Farmer Claims Program.”

No doubt many of you have heard about Willie Nelson doing “Farm Aid.”
The Farm Claims are the BACKBONE of NESARA!

Many people filed Farm Claims in 1993.  Several of us have lived through this and have the correct history.

Some are still alive and have not been paid yet – 30 years later!

And I heard one of the farmers – a retired military General – speak at a large meeting in Dallas in the early 90’s.

Fast forward.  In October, 2000, Navy Seals and Delta Force stormed the White House and forced President Clinton 

at gunpoint to sign NESARA into law.  It was signed, but never enacted; and it has never been called a “Law” – yet. 

While that was happening, White House security personnel and the Secret Service were disarmed and given orders 

to stand down. They were allowed to witness that event under a ‘gag order.’

“The proposals in the “National Economic Security and Reformation Act” have not been introduced in Congress, and the Obama Administration cannot implement a law that has not been passed.”

“NESARA is the most ground breaking reformation to sweep not only this country but our planet in its entire history!

The act does away with the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS, the shadow government, and much more.

NESARA implements the following changes:

1. Zeros out all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities. 

This is the Federal Reserve’s worst nightmare, a “jubilee” or a forgiveness of debt.

2. Abolishes the income tax.

3. Abolishes the IRS. Employees of the IRS will be transferred into the US Treasury national sales tax area.

4. Creates a 14% flat rate non-essential new items only sales tax revenue for the government. In other words, food and medicine will not be taxed; nor will used items such as old homes.

5. Increases benefits to senior citizens.

6. Returns Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters.

7. Reinstates the original Title of Nobility amendment.

8. Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA’s announcement. The interim government will cancel all National Emergencies and return us back to constitutional law.

9. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups.

10. Creates a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.

11. Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation.

12. Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law

13. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side of the U.S. treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the money supply.

14. Restores financial privacy.

15. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law.

16. Ceases all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide.

17. Establishes peace throughout the world.

18. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes.

19. Enables the release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed technologies that are being withheld from the public under the guise of national security, including free energy devices, antigravity, and sonic healing machines.”

Simple answer is:  FOLLOW THE MONEY.

One only needs to go down a few rabbit holes to find the TRUTH.
