I had to write in and tell something I seen and have proof of in a receipt!
My daughter in law went to the grocery store (Safeway) she bought a pack of diapers. No tax charged! No tax on feminine products, too!

I don’t know about other stores but I have the receipt for this one.
I have never in my 64 yrs seen this so I believe it’s starting. Rv??? Soon!!!
