No matter what information comes out some people will think this RV and NESARA stuff is a big SCAM, just like Christ turned the tables on the ‘money changers in the church’ so will Trump and the White Hats con the people in the present times.
Just like the Atheists, Jews and some other religions do not, and never will, believe in the Christian theology the same goes for the coming out soon of the RV, EBS, QFS, GCR and NESARA/GESARA, which people will still ignore and riots will come about to try and halt this ASAP.
No matter what I say to one of my close friends he keeps believing in that the Iraqi Dinar and RV is a big scam along with Trump not taking action immediately on bringing the Deep State down when he should have, even though that would appear to be a military coup as have happened in other countries.
Just as Dave has mentioned in his X22 reports is Trump has taken his time and let We The People see the Deep State take themselves down while in the background things are taking place to restore the Republic, and no one can charge the USA military for war crimes when President Lincoln started it all in 1861 bringing about Martial Law and the First Executive Order #100. Was it King Lincoln or was he then under British rule as being a member of the BAR?
Everything the USA Republic is doing to get themselves back in order they cannot have this broadcast to everyone with the steps they are taking as they have had many interruptions while in the background, yet if they are public they would surely be halted.
The timing of everything has to be somewhat accurate to get the people to believe ASAP and not have immediate chaos when the EBS comes about and everything else shuts down for 10 days and people were not warned ahead of time.
One report is that Trump has already made the announcement that NESARA is in effect, but maybe only 5,000 people know about that announcement and not all of America? Was that a week ago?

If; “Starting in the fourth week of October Repatriation and Reclamation Allowances will be paid out.” then it is too late for the EBS to get started as it is only 8 days till the beginning banking day for it to be passed out to We The People, and they must have a QFS Account, or will the White Hats just make one of the peoples’ present bank accounts a QFS Account?
How will you know if those funds came in if the internet, phones and banks are down when the EBS is ongoing?
If all this happens properly with little chaos it should be that the RV happens this third week of October and then the payouts in the fourth week for which people will be asking questions and many reports coming out to be prepared, thus beginning Fri. night 27 Oct. NESARA is announced and then the 10 days of the EBS ending Mon. night 6 Nov., which the Republic elections will be Tues. 20 Feb.! Another one of my assumptions, not fact!
If this happens as I presume here then we have only 7.5 weeks to exchange the FRN to the USN and not have a big rush in January, and the EBS just announced what is happening that the USNs are the new currency and the law enforcement will not be making massive amounts of arrests on handing over counterfeit currency.
Many pieces of the puzzle must fit properly or else it will not work.
