I may make the NESARA Sales Tax on New Homes brought into the court system as I found a way it may be considered faulty on people trying to avoid it.
Maybe I should be a Congressman to get laws written correctly for these now faulty errors coming into place later.
You get property management companies to build new homes and then rent them out for maybe a year as there is no requirement on how long they must be lived in to then be considered a used home, and the banks loan out the money to the property management companies and not to the new home owners directly, but the con is on when this happens and the government loses out when the home renter then purchases the home as used.
Some companies now rent out the homes and a portion of the rent goes for the down payment and thus builds up the peoples’ credit in the mean time when they couldn’t purchase the homes before. That is the way I would work it when I had some big money.
I was thinking of building new homes in an old town that has had homes built in the 1910-1950’s era and now they are abandoned and/or torn down as they are/were in too bad of shape and may be empty lots to build new ones and mine was built in 1930 and somewhat OK shape. But a major company is still here for minerals to be accessed for 200 years and many people live 25 miles away just to get to work where it would be best if they live only a couple miles away. So my venture is not in a losing situation as a manufacturing company lost out elsewhere due to the Chinese competition.
But under NESARA if I were to build the new ones and sell them then there will be a sales tax on them as they were never lived in, yet if they may be rented out for some time they are to considered old homes, but for how long does that need to be.
Maybe I need an answer before I go on this venture and lose out completely or be thrown in jail for Tax Avoidance, or does someone want to assist me on this new venture to make this go to the US Supreme Court before NESARA is even out.

Maybe make this a NESARA excuse to get it up and running for the QFS Accounts to be opened up NOW!
Also, wasn’t there some comment in the NESARA Law that the QFS payments are to be for $100,000 per month for 11 years, no matter what age of an adult above 18 years, thus that is $1,200,000 annually and total $13,200,000? And nothing in it that you must be employed, as that is just another con by someone in the US Treasury.
