Until we get an executive order that the old FED currency is fraudulent and does not have to be paid back on loans, the bill of Exchange process will only work on very few cases. I just went thru it and none of my bills of exchange were granted. It is simply a chapter 7 or 11 bankruptcy case at the resent.
