Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don’t want. — Abraham-Hicks

We are not all in the same boat. We are in the same storm. Some have yachts, some have canoes, and some are drowning. Just be kind and help whoever you can.

Believe in yourself. Even when no one else does.

:et my soul smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes, that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts. — Paramahansa Yogananda

Take Command of your Energy
If you notice that your vibration is low you can mentally intend to raise your vibration and open your consciousness again. Open up your light again. Move around, dance, sing, or express gratitude. Do something that will shift your frequency to a higher level. Meditation is always good. Go outside and stretch. Walk barefoot on the grass in the sunshine. There are countless, very simple ways to raise your vibration. This is how you can begin to teach yourself to be in greater command of your energy.
