TNT call: Their contacts in Iraq are saying that the electronic cards should be reactivated tomorrow morning with a new rate. The lower denominations are in the ATMs in the ports and airports. Iraq sent dinars to other countries 2 days ago so that these countries can do business with them. The banks are saying the rate will change before the end of the month. The 3 letter agencies are saying they’re trying to push it out over the next 24 hours.
