Since many Banks and Credit Unions may not be Basil 3 compliant and we are not yet notified when they will be shut down, or if they will be, then will the US Treasury seize them all and then they be US Treasury banks?

Reports of banks and credit unions laying off employees is coming out in masses as they must be shutting down, but only for that company.

How will this all work out, as will they be independent banks or will they just be a median for the US Treasury as they are now the QFS banks working directly for the US Treasury?

Will it be that these QFS banks are the only ones that will be handling all of our “restitution and reclamation allowance” actions and not our present banks and credit unions as there will be a new contract we must sign that goes along with our Birth Certificate?

Maybe in the beginning there will be only one QFS bank per 100,000 people trying to gain access to their QFS funds and it could be weeks to gain that access. Yeah, the November elections happen before you gain access and receive your full “restitution and reclamation allowance” as it will not go to your present bank and credit union!

Will there be a limit on how many banks and ATMs will be available in any municipality or county, let’s say only one bank per 10,000 people and no more than 2 additional ATMs per those 10,000 people? Cut the bank fraud down to a minimum?

In our small town of less than 2,000 people we have only 2 ATMs and no banks, but we have to go to the next municipality of 25,000 people 25 miles away where they presently have 5 banks and CUs and 10 additional ATMs, one solely for one popular bank itself and members only.

Is this going to force people to move to the big cities where if there are municipalities of less than 10,000 people then they have to share banks and ATMs like in the countryside or desert lands and drive possibly up to 100 miles to get to one, and no local business can transact to hand out more than $200 in cash per individual per day, thus we go to credit/debit cards for purchases?

How far can it go as we thought it might be for the better?

Since my posting of Thursday on the “restitution and reclamation allowance” and Social Security increase it still has not arrived on Monday at 2 PM ET as of this writing, so it may just come on Tuesday, or else Trump may push for the EBS to be put in place before I can receive even any of my normal SSI payout for Nov. and I must wait another 2 weeks.
