Sellers have started do even bigger price cuts on the US Housing Market at the end of 2023, home values beginning to fall again in cities across California, Texas, and Arizona.
In particular – sellers are getting desperate because there is now more competition from new listings to go along with a huge plunge in buyer demand, with data from Bloomberg showing that home sales are now down to the lowest level in nearly 30 years.
This is causing home prices in cities like Dallas and Austin to go down fast as the inventory piles up on the market.
