As long as you feel pain, you’re still alive. As long as you make mistakes, you’re still human. And as long as you keep trying, there’s still hope.
Always say “I love you” and “Thank you” to your water before drinking. The vibrational frequency generated from your voicebox interacts with the molecular structure of the water and leaves a profoundly positive impression. This results in water in a heightened state, resulting in stronger hydration and subtle raising in consciousness.
Trust the timing. Don’t let the fact it hasn’t happened yet trip you up. There are so many unseen moving parts at play. Trust that there’s a reason for the “perceived” delay. And don’t get discouraged by the contrast of what you don’t want either. Use it as motivation to get excited about what you do want. Things are the same for so long, until all of a sudden, everything’s different. Yet the unique essence of this now moment will never be the same. The trick is to appreciate what’s here now while feeling excited for what’s to come. Look for more reasons to be grateful for what’s here now. And if it’s hard to find the reasons to feel grateful, then try harder until it’s easy.
Trust the flow. Sometimes you won’t know what’s next. It’s tempting to feel afraid in moments like this. Yet it’s in these moments that if you trust the flow of life a little more, tremendous breakthroughs can occur. Yet trusting life doesn’t necessarily mean sitting back and doing nothing. Sometimes it means surrendering to the whisper in your heart that’s telling you to make a change, to do something big. Sometimes trust means being afraid and taking courageous action anyway. Sometimes means sitting back and allowing pieces fall into play. Only you can discern which it is for you. What would it look like if you knew that things would work out better than you can imagine? What would you do then? Are you already doing it? Trust that even more.
Sometimes, the universe will ask you to be patient, not because it’s punishing you, but because it’s protecting you from certain energies and preparing you for the next stage. Trust the timing of your life–have faith in the process. There’s a divine order to this.
