Our energetic fields respond to trauma and healing energies. They also react to emotions and love. When two people interrelate, their energy fields experience distortions and merge. We can even swap energy with people hundreds of miles away. This is why the energy you send to other people in the form of prayer or energy healing can be felt hundreds of miles away.

There are only two energies at the core of the human experience: love and fear. Love grants freedom, fear takes it away. Love invites full expression, fear punishes it. Love invites you always, to break the bonds of ignorance. — Walsch

What does it mean to be truly alive? We have the potential to experience extraordinary states of consciousness, to feel connected with others, to feel connected to everything. To be in awe of this movement of life. That’s the potential of human consciousness: to connect, to love, to be one. To experience love that knows no boundaries; to experience a total state of oneness. That’s the potential and purpose of human life, the human brain, and the human body.

Open your Eye
It is our own mental attitude which makes the world what it is for us. Our thoughts make beautiful or ugly. Not our eyes. The whole world is in our minds. Learn to see things just as they are. Learn to see souls instead of bodies, by using your intuition instead of your eyes.

Be not an enemy of your mind, you are its creator. It is a neutral tool. You get lost by identifying with it as your true self following its programs you’ve acquired.

The Shift from Head to Heart
The most sacred aspect of the avatar’s journey is to shift focus from mind to heart, you have incarnated your body to guide it through this process. Within the heart is where you will find completeness within yourself. When the heart finally influences your entire being, you will find that limitation, pain, and suffering can no longer exist within you because those were the experiences which were bringing you back into communion with source, which of course, is housed within your heart. Now you’ve become a wayshower of unity and unconditional love because your true nature pours effortlessly from your core essence, serving as a guide for all beings to also make this shift from head to heart.

I release old energy, fears, harmful thoughts, toxic patterns, negative attachments, outdated beliefs, and anything out of alignment. I am ready for transformation and welcome this shift in energy. I am clearing space for a new chapter, filled with amazing opportunities, deep soul connects, abundance and magnificent blessings.

People don’t need to be saved or rescued. People need knowledge of their own power and how to access it.
