A reminder we all need to hear from time to time–Ascension is not always “love and light,” it can be heavy and it’s certainly not easy. You won’t feel amazing every day and it’s ok. You have changed so much in the last few years. You have grown. Be proud of yourself, you have come a long way. There is nothing wrong with you. You are amazing the way you are. You are just recognizing what you don’t resonate with anymore.
