“Russia and Saudi Arabia Call On OPEC+ Members to Join Production Cuts”
Uh oh. We just talked about this earlier this week. And now, we are seeing that OPEC+ is going to increase the pressure on prices of oil by asking all members of OPEC to cut back on their oil production.
OPEC oil production cuts could mean higher gas prices. This will increase money flow in the OPEC nations creating more money flow in the local currencies of the East buying their oil.
On the other side of the world, the US has been buying oil from “Colombia (202,000 b/d), Venezuela (163,000 b/d), Nigeria (106,000 b/d), Ecuador (100,000 b/d), and Guyana ( 94,000 b/d).”
This will reset the current volumes of oil being bought across the globe, and it will go a long way into leveling the playing field in terms of currency volumes within these countries of the West.
Do you see how money volumes are being divided from the East and the West? Remember, more demand equals higher values for currencies.
China and the US are big importers of oil. These new trade agreements in the oil sector will reset the economies of several countries needing more money flow to their economies.
Many countries are beginning to test and implement final phases of digitizing trade between countries. This will make trade more efficient, cost effective, and increase volumes.
These new volumes of money flow between countries will begin to create price pressures that will show up inside the new digital asset based trading system formulating exchange rates through AI.
It is a process we are already engaged in and waiting to see new price correlations that support changes that can be made to currency values.
