Triggers
There are going to be people, posts, or circumstances that trigger you. Good! Life is revealing a perspective you have that gets to evolve. However, the tricky ego will crave justification for the trigger. It may want you to criticize, complain, or get others to agree with you. This is a distraction from your opportunity to reflect, heal, and grow. Remember, it’s not the circumstance that’s bothering you. It’s your perspective that’s bothering you. When you remember this, you will step into a world of rapid growth. And the more you practice this, the more harmonious and peaceful your life will become.
