New US Currency? USTN or Rainbow?

They say the ATMs are now loaded with the New Gold Backed US currency as of Jan 1.
It is not clear if it is the USTN (United States Treasury Note) or the Rainbow currency? But we will soon find out.
This may be it above?
Time will tell.
