The USA Republic Treasury has laid Claim on the Birth Certificate/Certificate of Live Birth of every legal American as they seized them from the Vatican.
What law allows the USA Republic Treasury to make a Claim on our BC/CoLB? Just as what law allows the IRS or any government entity to mandate we pay the Income Tax? The Fact is They Just Do, Unconstitutionally!
I know for a fact that if the State of California can continue with their own Income Tax then they have to change their own Tax Code as they reference the Internal Revenue Code, which is no longer Constitutional, everywhere in their own Code! Do you still have government taxes withheld from your paycheck in January?
What law allows the USA Republic Treasury to keep the funds from the Bond issued on our BC/CoLB if we do not comply with their demands? And can they keep the Bond Funds from our recent ancestors and/or present family members who are unable to fend for themselves; seniors and the disabled? Or are those seniors and the disabled required to be employed to receive any ‘Restitution Allowances’?
“On Fri. 5 Jan. US Restitution Allowances slated to begin to be paid out (unless Bond Holders have not yet received liquidity).” Thus the USA Republic Treasury is the “Bond Holder” for our BC/CoLB, yet they will Not have “liquidity” to pay out to us We The People for some unknown reason as they haven’t had it yet so far, even for me over the age of 62?
“Sun. Midnight Jan. 7 to Mon. Jan. 8 Alexa: The lockdown for disclosure will begin at Sun. midnight Jan. 7 to Mon. Jan. 8 and will last for a couple of weeks.” Thus the USA Republic Treasury will not pay out till possibly 22 Jan. due to the Emergency Broadcast System shut down when they said they were going to pay out starting 5 Jan.? We will have to wait again!
“Thurs. 11 Jan. formal public announcement of NESARA, GESARA.” This means that NESARA will Not be announced till the 4th day of the EBS. If this is it then the USA Republic E-------s will be Tues. 7 May, 117 days!

“Wed. 17 Jan. formal public announcement of the new gold/asset-backed US Note.” This means that the New ‘Rainbow Currency’ will Not be mentioned till the 10th day of the EBS! So for 9 days people will be wondering what will happen to the FRN as there is no mention of a replacement if other things are mentioned, as to the closer of the Federal Reserve, thus chaos in the streets till then.
Now it’s; “Today Thurs. 4 Jan. the update on Restitution and Reclamation (R&R) payments was that notification would start one week after we got our 800 numbers to make appointments for our exchanges.” Thus the RV comes first and a week later the “Restitution and Reclamation (R&R) payments” come a week later and not starting on 5 Jan.! But it has been reported that the RV only can happen after the EBS is complete and not before it starts. Thus it looks like the “Restitution and Reclamation (R&R) payments” don’t begin till February.
Are the Federal Reserve Notes considered to be ‘Foreign’ currency and We The People are to treat them that way, but they have been worthless since 1 Jan. 2024?
Is the BC/CoLB since 1938 only for the US Citizen which they no longer exist for We The People as we are now Sovereign? A BC/CoLB will still be required for being issued a passport. So this USA, INC. law, requiring a BC/CoLB, will stay in place even though it is Unconstitutional? Just like driving East on the I-8 in Arizona I am in the USA and still stopped by the Border Patrol asking for my ID and if I am a US Citizen, 20 miles North from the Mexican border. In my work related big rig I am assumed to be carrying i-----l immigrants and thus committing a crime so they can stop me.
Will i-----l immigrants be able to receive “Restitution and Reclamation (R&R) payments” here in the USA even though they have a foreign Birth Certificate just because they are employed here?
What government paper form are We The People to fill out to make a claim on our own BC/CoLB Bond? Where is it available? Who needs to approve of it if the government officials are working by the USA, INC. laws at this time? That form does not exist? This is still considered Human T---------g!
Does the USA Republic Treasury own our BC/CoLB and Bond just because our mother or we personally did not make a claim on it within 30 days of us being born? It was the law then as our mother signed us away due to her ignorance of the law! But the USA Republic Treasury seized the Bond Funds from the Vatican and they still do Not belong to We The People as they never did as maybe it was just Fiat Dollars that the USA Republic Treasury received.

Is it really true that the 13th Amendment of 1865 is Not truly Constitutional as it was written and certified by a non-adjourned, Unconstitutional Congress? Thus we are now s----s of the USA Republic Treasury no matter whatever they, Trump and the White Hats say? If that is true then a s---e cannot be President of the USA Republic as Trump is a s---e just like the rest of us!
The first known ‘Titles of Nobility’ violation of a President of the USA Republic is when President Lincoln took office in March 1861 in violation of the US Constitution, Article I, Section 9 Powers Denied Congress, Clause 8 Titles of Nobility and Foreign Emoluments and the original 13th Amendment of 1819 as Lincoln was a lawyer and a member of the British Accredited Registry and he made sure members of the BAR stayed in office bringing us into the Civil War with our debt to the British!
Trump can really be the 16th President of the USA Republic for many reasons, along with everything that happened with the Civil War and the official states staying as just a Union of states! Is Trump going to receive any portion of our own BC/CoLB Bond funds as a bonus for his good deeds of kindness to get us back as a USA Republic, let’s say 0.1% of each BC/CoLB that ever existed, for maybe 500 million people at $13,200,000 comes to $6.6 Trillion? (That’s just $13,200 per BC/CoLB.) And the homeless get nothing as many are unemployed, d--g users and/or criminals?
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. sold our birthright to the Vatican for both of them to make a profit on our ‘living being,’ thus we are s----s according to them and the 13th Amendment of 1865 was never applied as our entity was just labeled as a corporation with the forthcoming Social Security Number.
How is it that the USA government knows everything about us, but they don’t know enough to let us individually gain access to our own QFS Account?
Requirements of receiving any ‘Restitution Allowances’:
1. USA Birth Certificate/Certificate of Live Birth
2. Legal Social Security Number
3. Valid STATE Drivers License or ID
4. Lawful employment
5. Legal residence, no homeless
So our present bank accounts will be mirrored into our QFS Account, but not the other way around, as we will not receive anything into our present bank accounts yet only know of our ‘Restitution Allowances’ if we gain access to our QFS Account on a case by case basis?
On joint bank accounts the USA Republic Treasury can divvy up what is in those accounts to separate it into each individual’s QFS Account, or is it just 50/50 no matter what? So, one spouse receives $50,000 a year in employment and the other, the wife, receives $5,000 misc. funds doing odd jobs and is a homemaker, but it is now split evenly between them. But also to receive ‘Restitution Allowances’ she must now go out and get a job? A self-employed homemaker is not a job or it is considered equal to being a d--g dealer or straight out criminal making their own profits!
This is the way the White Hats see it is if the Federal Reserve Notes are now worthless then the criminals cannot be holding onto bags or pallets full of lawful currency and thus they must shut down their i-----l business! And what bank now will exchange those worthless FRNs in bulk for the gold backed USNs? Good time now with the EBS in place and all banks closed with the Armored Vehicles going around to make the ATM deposits of good currency! And this is the time for the thieves to take action as no cell phone or internet access GPS to track them down!
Wednesday 3 Jan. 2024 cash was pulled from my major bank ATM had only Federal Reserve Notes available!

Will the stores that have self check-out machines be accepting the New ‘Rainbow Currency’ or are they set on the same old FRN where We The People use the New ‘Rainbow Currency’ and then be arrested for using lawful currency, and the same goes for the ATMs?
Thus the self check-out machines prohibit people from being employed and you know the major companies supporting that idea. Let’s shut down those big companies and put the people and small businesses back to work again.
