I’m glad you got an explanation that satisfies you. Good for you. 

Not good enough for me. I have no “ high up ‘ connections available to ask. And I sure as hell wouldn’t trust  ANY of our present “ intel “ sources, given their perfect 15 year record of failed predictions. 

Still haven’t heard a GOOD REASON why we need an account babysitter i.e.,

If the QFS is for real, no “ bad “ transactions are possible, making an NDA unnecessary  — 

We don’t have the slightest idea who or what it is ‘ removing ‘ the funds  –  

Where do the STOLEN funds go ?  –  

Details about any possible recourse we have, i.e., EVIDENCE that we ‘ broke ‘ the NDA  –  

Who or what gave the NDA Nanny any authority to demand an NDA  in the first place  — 

Since this mysterious ‘ authority ‘ had absolutely NOTHING to do with helping me purchase, store for safekeeping for 15 years, or convinced me to begin with to become involved in this venture, why is it any of their d**n business in the first place. 

Now if this mysterious entity will provide personal transportation, personal armed 24/7 security & readily accessible representatives to answer questions & provide financial advice, I would think about signing an NDA. This would validate the contract, i. e., Consideration would be exchanged by both parties.

LEGAL DEFINITION ~ CONSIDERATION :Consideration is a promise, performance, or forbearance bargained by a promisor in exchange for their promise. Consideration is the main element of a contract. Without consideration by both parties, a contract cannot be enforceable.

This means both parties have something tangible to gain, an ‘ Iron in the Fire ‘ so to speak, and if the agreement is broken, SOMETHING TO LOSE. This mysterious entity enforcing this NDA, which has never been identified, HAS NOTHING TO LOSE AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN. Classic C***l shenanigans.

I see 4 possible courses with this NDA business for myself : 

Sign it and take my chances that THIS ONE TIME the information is correct, & I won’t dare utter the forbidden words even in my dream sleep & the NDA babysitter will be honorable  – 

Exchange at a bank at a lower rate with no NDA babysitter and be satisfied  — 

Give my currencies to a trusted friend or relative to exchange with a ‘ before-an-NDA-is-signed ‘ agreement to send me some funds to get by while waiting for the NDA to expire & don’t communicate for 6 months  —  

If none of the above choices are available, burn it in the backyard  — ANOTHER LIFE LESSON LEARNED. 

If the White hats don’t prevail, all this is moot point anyway.
