This liquidity i*******n is specifically targeted at “industrial development” finance, which is separate from the Ponzi finance that is currently being flushed out of Chinese state banks. China is flushing $6T in Ponzi finance from their state banks. China’s population is 1.4B $280B is nothing. Don’t get worked up over nothing!
