I’m one of those dropped from the GRV tier 4b program, for to me an unknown reason.
Several years we were al waiting and anxiously hoping the waiting time was shorter and when we were almost there, I was dropped from the list, which was for me an unknown reason, and a big disappointment. We were promised all the help we needed for whatever needed to be arranged and explained regarding finances and everything that need to be arranged.. However, now I’m without any help and don’t know when, where, and how I could exchange and/or redeem my foreign currency. because the info I think I found and need is changing from day to day, and I don’t want to lose my last chance to get any use of all the currency I have. We have no Wells Fargo Bank here in Lexington, which seems the only Bank where it could be exchanged or where any redemption places are, that would give us any info of where to go because they can’t talk to us and pretend they have no idea what I’m talking about. I definitely need something like a wealth manager, and all the other helpful people who know what needs to be done. I’m also very interested in the med=beds, because I’m now 92 years old and am getting unsteady on my feet. People don’t know what I’m talking about, and everybody thinks I’m crazy (or to old to have any sense!) If you need any more info or whatever, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to provide whatever you would need..
There are so many questions I have and nobody to talk to or send me in the right direction. Is there anything you can help me with, because it is really very nerve wrecking not to know where to go and what to do, and I really don’t want to miss more than what I have lost already by being dropped off that list. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don’t know who to ask, because one cannot just go to anybody who has no knowledge of what is really involved with as great an amount as this may be..
