Can We The People even buy up the US Treasury Bonds and not with the Federal Reserve Note but by our own Living Being Collateral NESARA Bond?

I don’t know how all this works out of how we are paid as if it comes from the gold Trump and the White Hats retrieved back for us or there is something else that the USA Republic Treasury is giving us for those R&R and NESARA payouts.
But if there is a problem that those present US Treasury Bonds MUST be bought back from other countries or foreigners and the USA Republic Treasury cannot fulfill that obligation then We The People should have it on record that We purchased them with ourselves as the collateral.
The current and best rate is for the GT5:GOV, 5 Year with the price of $100.27 at a yield of 4.56% with at one year it is +126.
Unless Trump and the White Hats make this move to buy up all the US Treasury Bonds in other ways then We The People should make this demand that We buy them up with a monthly return and not wait a full 5 years for any return, or I guess it doesn’t work that way.
Then We should have that as collateral to receive credit for that when we need it. Once this happens then we should receive a credit score of one per every $1,000 of bonds we purchase and we have $1,200,000 annually from the NESARA payouts coming. Thus a credit score of 1,200, but I guess we only need 700 or so to satisfy businesses.

We The People won’t deal with the Federal Reserve System or present C***l US Treasury, but Trump should have a way around this for us to buy them up.
