Member: Hope you get an RV for your birthday Mark!
MZ: I think and RV for my birthday would be great- but, I will settle for this weekend.
MZ: Good Morning and Thanks for all the birthday wishes.
Member: When do you think this RV plane will be landing?
MZ: Im afraid to say what I think because I am extremely upbeat and do not want to add to the difficult roller coaster we have been riding on.

MZ: But, on the bond side a tremendous amount of expectations for this weekend. Many individuals are expecting full funds . These are individuals…not facilitators or humanitarians….these are the bond holders.
MZ: I am praying they are successful. Some of the rates we are hearing is a Billion dollars per super petchelli bonds which would be n--s. Some of the bond flippers gave 30 Billion per one thousand bonds. So if true the flippers are making a k-----g off of everybody else.
Member: I am seeing many who think $3.90 is the dinar rate?
MZ: I am seeing rates of somewhere between $3.81 to $3.91 from a number of contracctors working in Iraq. They are working on infrastructure- everything from hospitals to power grid to roads ect…….
MZ: And I am still thinking it will be $2 something on the dong. I hope I’m wrong and my contacts are right and it’s closer to the $3 mark.
Member: Whatever happened to the IRS and other Gov. agencies and internal letter about the 22nd?
MZ: They did have a major test on the emergency contact system. That definitely happened with the IRS on the 22nd. It seems they don’t trust the other system so they have done an internal system of emails and texts. It was not just the IRS but appears to be a large number of government agencies were doing the same thing. It seems they dodn’t trust the normal system to warn them in case of outages or whatever.
