A Golden Week: Spooky Hours
The reserve currency is America’s ultimate hall pass, an excuse to borrow without limits and spend like a pack of drunken pirates.
Now they’re so deep in the bottle, buried in debt on all fronts, that they’re freezing and confiscating sovereign assets while their twin deficits spiral out of control.
Having the world’s reserve currency is not a right.
It is a privilege.
Why have so many people forgotten this fact?
The Western world should be very fearful of this move in gold.
