This week, we learned that Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell held a private meeting with Jamie Dimon and other top bank CEOs.
Since assuming his role in 2018, Jerome Powell has had private conversations with JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon at least 19 times.
I wonder if Powell’s already pencilling in speaking gigs at those banks, just like Janet Yellen after she left the Federal Reserve.
It really seems like a tough job.
