Here is my recent experience with my hometown Arizona bank.
I called and asked to make an appointment to open up my QFS satellite account so I can access the Reparation money that has been deposited.
The person I talked to could not help me and said she did not know what I was talking about. I concluded that she was under a NDA (Non Disclosure Affidavit).
So I found a friend, who is not under a NDA who has a bank manager in the family.
He said that he has seen the new currency and that his bank has built lots of small cubicles in the bank lobby to meet with customers to open their QFS account.
He said the banks are waiting for the go-ahead from the government. Possibly on Tuesday October 1st.
My question now is will the EBS and full Martial Law come so quickly that the banks will then close down and delay getting our account set up?
