As I have said for months – Iraq is a major part of the RV , but is a small part in the global political puzzle that must me finished

I’m still not hearing anything new yet …
However, most are now predicting that we may finally see something happen from October 1st and after …
This would be for the priority contracts first, like the ‘whales’. However, once things are finally started, we may then begin seeing some details come out for what will happen with the ‘loose currency’ and the like.
