It has been reported that in the NESARA Law we will have SIX months to exchange the FRN for the USTN, but others say it will only be weeks to be available or nothing at all.
Your present FRNs in hand should not be worthless once the USTNs are introduced and people are just arrested for having them in their wallets just as if they were selling / using d***s.
Maybe We The People can push for everyone to make that exchange at banks / credit unions for which there can be a higher rate available, but exchanging them in normal business they will be at 1:1 rate.
We need to get all those FRNs out of circulation when the USTNs are made available, but it will take some time for everyone to do it.
At the ATMs the deposits will accept the FRNs and the USTNs yet the withdrawals will be given out as USTNs and not FRNs, but they will be at a 1:1 rate.
If this higher rate exchange will be available then it must be an in person exchange inside the banks / credit unions for which we may get a 1 FRN to 1.1 USTN exchange rate, that is you receive a 10 % profit.
This should be an incentive to get all those FRNs off the street, but it would also be that if criminals want to make a profit and bring in stacks of cash then law enforcement would be there tracking them.

Any business that normally brings in large sums of cash will not be allowed this exchange rate as they may have a mixture of FRNs and USTNs and it would be to intensive to go thru every stack by hand and verify which are which within that transaction time.
I used to work at an amusement park in the cash control dept. where at the end of the day all different locations would bring in their funds received and we would then count it to be accurate for their receipts and records. This would be loads of cash and coins, and we would have to prepare it for the next day to hand back out for those locations for their cash registers to exchange with the customers.
