When I first started hearing about the RV and the QFS through a combination of sources the delimitation of being a Quantum Financial System that was meant to be used by the people to be able to control their finances, leaving the bankers with no control over our money. The QFS would operate by reading the individuals body vibrational frequency that is not duplicated in any other person. This is also a part of the ascension process that is currently taking place.
We all have questions about what fact and what is fiction regarding the system as we get no clear information from anyone. Mostly it is speculation and guesswork.
Who is in charge of this operation?
What part does Religion/Spiritualism play in it?
How does the RV/GCR fit into the picture?
An example:
The RV was set up to have funds available for the rebuilding of the infrastructure of the country. The greed of the D********e Swamp has depleted the funds, and no infrastructure has been done and is now in deplorable conditions. The QFS would allow the RV recipient to have easy access to the funds without jumping through hoops for the c*****t banking system for their projects. This particularly applies to the Zim
The Zim was in the beginning a bearer bond to be paid 1 to 1 like any other Bearer bond. Recently I saw an article that stated that anyone that does not have a project but holds a Zim Bearer bond (no matter the amount) would only receive 15 million and no more, this is more like currency than a bond. I question the legality of this move.
For me (as an illustration) this would completely eliminate everything I had planned to do with the funds, as I am a senior citizen and not physically capable of doing a project. All of the places that I had planned to aid with finances and equipment will no longer receive any help from me.

This seems to be a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Too many questions and no one will give you a straight answer.
We have reached a point where I question IF or WHENB it will ever really take place.
