The work week usually ends on Sunday, thus the first day to work on payroll on the previous full week is Mon. 30 Dec. and that should be the last paychecks going out with any Withholding Taxes.

What’s a few more weeks when some of us have been paying Withholding Taxes for about 50 years.

Trump should have notices sent out by the previous full work week in December for the payroll departments of every business in the USA to make sure there are NO More Withholding of ANY Taxes if the 16th Amendment is to be abolished for 2025.

We do not need to have a New Congressional Amendment to Repeal the 16th Amendment if it was Not Ratified Constitutionally in the first place as the truth only needs to come out and the Income Taxes are Halted ASAP.

Maybe the SCOTUS, Brunson brother’s case, halting of the Income Tax and Trump’s true presidential actions are real may not be announced till Trump takes office on 20 Jan., after when Income Taxes are to be filed 15 Apr. or our Independence Day celebration 4 July, 2025.

No more back Taxes to be paid any more from your personal bank / credit union account or else the IRS is still in business or it has been transferred to the New USA Republic Treasury as they just gave it a new name with no real new changes.

The next business quarter begins on Wed. 1 Jan., 2025 and thus any Taxes Withheld beyond the last full pay period in December is in violation of Trump’s Order, if he is to make one.

We may have to file our Tax returns by 15 Apr., 2025 and the businesses are to file their quarterly Tax returns by 15 Jan., 2025 unless this is all included in our R&R payouts, and the younger people should not have to wait 10 years to finally see these last few years of Withholding Taxes refunded to them because they have installment payouts.

I would assume that the employers would have to refund all the Withheld Taxes back to the employees directly for this last quarter as they never sent them to the IRS to divvy them up to the government entities that are to receive them as they only send them out quarterly.

If the employer is nice enough to their employees and save their own time they may make it easy for themselves and do Not Withhold any Taxes for that last paycheck.

Maybe those company checks the employers send to the IRS for the government agencies may just bounce as those agencies are no longer in business. Good for us as the employer now has to pay the employees back directly for the last 3 months for all Withheld Taxes.

Your last paycheck you may receive a 25 % bonus of all Withheld Taxes for the year. This would be a sign we are here in the New USA Republic.

This would be a great Christmas present for the workers, but the payroll checks may not come out for many till after New Years Day as the checks come out on Friday.
