It has been reported that you must work to receive any R&R and NESARA payouts, but then it must be true that you cannot receive any of your wrongfully withheld taxes unless you presently work.
I would think that the New USA Republic Treasury MUST refund all your back taxes, mortgage and loan payments, interest on your credit cards and whatever else that has been thrown in by unjust banking.
The buying and selling of your Birth Certificate in the Stock Market is something they can dispute, but if you presently have to work in order to receive any of those funds then you are still considered their property and not a FREE People.
By the way, your original Birth Certificate should not be in your own hands as it could be destroyed, like in a fire or harsh weather conditions, or stolen and therefore should be kept in a safe place in the any official Republic facility and cannot be used except for your own record of life, like for a passport.
Maybe the NESARA monthly payouts can be halted, but you are still mandated to work or the New USA Republic Treasury will just happen to seize all your property and make you homeless is unthinkable and unjust.
At times I have been unemployed for a year or more as there were no jobs out there with my line of work, like in manufacturing. Many of my work related jobs went to China or elsewhere outside of the USA.
Maybe if this goes for all those that are presently working in government then they should go out and find a job in government or an office job which none exist.

If the New USA Republic Treasury sets up a trust / QFS Account for you with all your R&R funds in it and they are the ones who decides what and how much you can use it on then you are their property.
If this leans towards the only homes available are in the big cities then we will have to take other actions against our New Republic.
