Judy Note On Exchanging Currency and Redeeming Zim Bonds:
To Whom It May Concern:
I do not profess to be an expert on currency exchanges and Zim Bond redemption, but I am often asked about the process. Therefore, it is my personal opinion and understanding that:
The White Hat Military is in charge of the exchanges.
The White Hat Military has access to all of our personal information on their new Quantum Computer. They know changes in your address, phones, email addresses, what and where currency and Zim Bonds were bought and who bought it.
Only you can exchange your currency and Zim Bonds and set up your personal account on the Quantum Financial System. It is done through your DNA and Body rhymes.
Everyone is receiving the same rates on the currency, although you can ask for the Dinar Contract Rate, while the rate on the Zim Bonds is determined by your personal Humanitarian Project.

No one can negotiate special rates for you.
No one can exchange for you.
If you do not physically have your currency and Zim Bonds and have given them to someone else to exchange, you must ask for them back in order to exchange and redeem.
If you have been gifted currency or Zim you need a dated and notarized statement from the person who gifted you that states the amount, name and address of who gifted and name and address of who it was gifted to.
If the person you gave your currency or Zim Bonds to refuses to give them back they could be held legally liable, especially if they try to exchange them for you.
They cannot exchange for you. If you are relying on someone else to exchange and redeem for you, they cannot do it and you will lose your money. The exception is if you bring the person or persons with you to your exchange and they sign the Non Disclosure Agreement, along with yourself.
Bringing someone else to your exchange is not necessarily a good idea because if they break your Non Disclosure Agreement you will lose all your money.
If you do not physically have your currency or Zim Bonds and cannot get them from whomever you gave them to, then call for a redemption appointment and explain to the person on the other end of the line your circumstances. Ask them how to proceed.
