It has come to my attention that when any high value item comes into the USA or any other continent internationally then the BIS charges a fee of $4,500 – $5,000 for their own collection / profit.
Yes, the North American Continent; Canada, USA and Mexico, financially here and is in full force without any of our countries’ agreements as it was put in place by the BIS.
Customs from any country that the item comes into at the first stop of that continent puts a hold on that item till the fee is ‘paid in full’ and once it is then it most likely is released to its final destination.
This is just as bad as Civil Asset Forfeiture while trying to get on a plane with some cash and you do not have any other source of funds to fight it and you leave it with them.
How would Customs know? It is simple as they are tracking all these transactions of wealth, primarily over $50,000 worth, while tracking your communications and/or other actions. The first leak is with an original transaction fee with a supporting contract document that the BIS sees so they track it from there.
The BIS fee is to be paid to Switzerland as the final payment destination for that deposit. It is still ongoing!
The BIS is in full control and Trump and the White Hats are not, and if you hear about these extra fees tacked on then you may think it is a scam, but the BIS wants their piece of the pie in all transactions and they know about it you once they see you began the process internationally.

I have been notified through an unnamed source from a banker from another country that there is a fee to be paid by the recipient to get that high value item to its final destinantion, like official bank property for another foreign account.
The sender has failed to have those items get to its final destination unless they pay the fee from themselves and no bank bridge loan is allowed by the sender.
Sometimes the original agreement does not include this BIS fee as it appears they did not know about it till it shows up at Customs, but that is their business and fails to mention it as they are to treat it like a surprise to them as well.
The bankers will not be up front about this as they are not to say anything to the public of what is happening, like NESARA is not broadcast on the MSM. They are silent of this just as they are with mortgage and other types of loans where it is already paid in full and they keep the funds you paid for themselves.
Now this gets down to all the delays with the RV, NESARA / GESARA, R&R and all other high value property being moved internationally, primarily with our QFS Account funds being held in another country and not just sitting here in the New USA Republic Treasury.
Hasn’t it been that our Birth Certificates have possibly been sold worldwide and have not just been sitting at the Vatican yet elsewhere so there is a fee to be paid before Trump makes a claim on them?
Haven’t you known that Switzerland has been neutral in all wars as the BIS is stationed there and they are the top of the pyramid in the financial world.

The BIS may claim they are above all these elite groups people talk about, as you thought the R*********s were at the top, and it is kept quiet where their level is at, but they are at the level of just below the fallen angels and they think they are higher than that and will never give that up.
If you do not agree with them then you are removed like they did with Presidents; McKinley, Lincoln, Kennedy and tried with Jackson, Reagan and Trump, as well as family members and themselves of businessmen and politicians who are needed for the BIS doings.
Has Trump, the White Hats and the 209 countries taken over the BIS as it appears they haven’t as we see at our level of the general public?
