Other postings have come out that really don’t explain the details of how we will be working with our QFS Wallet, how to access them and for your verification of them.
All living beings should have their own QFS Wallet and not request funds from others or the government.
Maybe we will need our ‘new birth certificate’ for verification, but how do we get them and it is truly us as individuals?
What about all the people that are incapacitated and need others to handle their finances? That will be explained at a later time while We The People handle our own.
For those women that got married and changed their last name or anyone else that changed it from their birth certificate then they should be given details on how to access it with their present name, or for those that will be doing it in the future once you have gained access to your QFS Wallet.
The basics should be in the EBS when that comes out and where we are to go to get things accomplished.
This is all my own opinion, but once you do have gained access to your QFS Wallet you just treat it like your own bank as you have as much funds in it for as old you are, maybe about one million dollars per year of life.

This will not come about and we then treat the US dollar as a ZIM worth pennies on the dollar, but all currency will be on a 1:1 basis and you will actually have the millions of dollars in your QFS Wallet.
The Federal Reserve Note will not be immediately worthless once the USTN is to come out as much of our funds in our QFS Wallet is digital and backed by gold and major financial assets.
We will have 120 days to exchange the FRN to the USTN once it is made public it is out and usable. There will not be trillions of dollars printed equal to the amount in all the QFS Wallets.
You should be able to go into any financial institution to get your verification and then gain access as it is linked to the USA Republic Treasury and not the government funds deciding if you can use it or not like funds presently collected from the IRS.
Congress or states’ legislatures cannot pass laws to deny us any of these funds or even have a QFS Wallet.
There will be no government tax forms to fill out as to receiving all these funds and pay on those as it is all yours from birth. We should see that the 16th Amendment was made unconstitutional and no longer valid.
You should see your QFS Wallet is available once you start to see that there is a 14% sales tax as all the businesses that make commercial sales are to have changed to that.

You should be receiving a Q card for this new bank account/QFS Wallet and your present accounts will still be workable and not closed by anyone until months down the road when you, the financial institution and the government know for sure it is you have your QFS Wallet properly accessible.
When you go do some banking it is now with your QFS Wallet and the present actions should be pretty much the same, but you are in control and not the bankers.
The QFS Wallet might just have all your own transactions specified from your present accounts and financial transactions like for mortgages and loans, but those would be cleared to Zero due.
You can send bank wires to anyone that wants or needs it, but really everyone should have their own QFS Wallet, so you can ask them and update them if they don’t know about it.
Your credit score will not be needed to make major purchases, but all the sellers that have asked for your credit score in the past will just ask for your verification of your QFS Wallet for the amount of dollars then needed for the sale, as it should take just seconds or a few minutes for that not days or weeks.
What will happen to any of us that pass away, will our QFS Wallet be handed back to the USA Republic Treasury as the living being is no longer here or will that QFS Wallet be available to hand down to family?
When the EBS comes about then all utilities and institutions will be forced to shut you down and put you in debt, but that will not be allowed by the USA Restored Republic and the New QFS!
Other people for this Restored Republic should be bringing about some details on how this all works out with our QFS Wallet and the new USTN currency. With the word coming out now hopefully it should start the first week of November and not from previous comments weeks and months ago.
