Owner of a “f**e” exchange office arrested in Basra with about a quarter of a million dollars in his possession

Basra Police Command announced on Thursday the arrest of the owner of a “f**e” exchange office who smuggles dollars through remittances.
The command said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, “The arrest of the a*****d came after forming a specialized work team and setting up a tight ambush for him. A sum of money amounting to 235 thousand and 470 dollars, 112 million Iraqi dinars, and two phones containing details of the transfers were seized from him.”
She added, “The necessary legal measures were taken against him to complete his investigation papers.” LINK
