FRANK: IMO they have agreed upon a target date of when to show the new exchange rate. IMO right now what Mr. Sammy’s bank is doing is applying a new software…that deals with foreign currency. Because your currency must be recognized by the world. Your new Iraqi dinar will be one of a few currencies that will turn. This software is being presented to all the banks…exchange centers in preparation…
They’re working with the budget and IMO the budget has a new rate. There’s a lot of information coming out.
It is brilliant. You see delays. I see Paul Bunyan leaps. I see amazing advancements, yes in the monetary reform, but in the whole geopolitical structure of the Middle East which is important for the monetary reform of Iraq…Every day, every week you see advancements…in the field of security and stability. Security and stability is light. The Framework, Maliki, parliament is darkness. The light is overcoming the darkness every day.

Will we have to wait for this digital currency to RV? All I can tell you is what my CBI contact has told me. She has said already that the Project to Delete the Zeros will occur and is planned to occur. This is not digital currency! That will come later once reinstated. We all know that this project will not happen until the rate revalues in-country.

AKI: Busy, very busy. We are finishing up a training on a new software that we have applied to all of our banks. Here, my private bank is also now being part of it. This software is called multi-currency sync software. The purpose of this software is to update the world, the banks, Forex, everybody that will need to know this, to update them on the new currency that we will be purring out…It is going to include the pictures of the lower denominations…
WALKINGSTICK: Hasn’t this software been around for a while?
AKI: Yeah, but this is a new updated software…We’re pretty much done with this. We’ve been at it for a long time.

Not sure if it’s our week…but there is enough people moving and pushing that it could be. I’m not ruling it out with so many getting travel funds on the bond side.
In Iraq: “Parliament awaits the arrival of the 2025 budget”
They still expect it mid-month…or by the end of the month. They are being vague on purpose. I believe they are hiding a number in it… In this budget they state they are going to “support the local currency” and the development road projects are also a part of it…Iraq is also having conversations as to if the HCL oil and gas laws will finally reach fruition in this session…or not.

We heard…there was a new dinar rate, and that new rate jumped up about would have been 15 cents in a short period of time and so …it’s moving up…I’m pretty sure it’s going to be really, really good. Well, it ends up that that particular information that we got directly from Iraq from a source that speaks to the President of Iraq, also the head of…Central Bank of Iraq…they set the rates for the dinar and so on. Well, what’s really cool is we find out that the information we got is also saying for us here to get our paperwork together and get ready for exchanges to start very soon…It’s first time that source has ever said that, talking about our getting our paperwork ready for exchanges.
