How will our present passports work or will they be gradually phased out and new ones as a ‘Living Sovereign Being’ for each country be phased in just like the US Dollar, and maybe no dual citizenship?

There needs to be a change now with all the stolen IDs around. And of course US citizens no longer exist, yet I have seen the links on YouTube of Sovereign people coming before a judge and the judge cracks down on them as everyone is to be a citizen and Not Sovereign.
This will take some time to get these Passports made for each of us and presently I am not allowed to have a Passport as I am behind in paying the IRS Income Tax, so I am not allowed to leave the USA let alone fly on an airplane.
What proof must I have to even receive a Sovereign Passport to show proof I am a ‘Living Sovereign Being’ and is that a requirement to gain access to my QFS Account?
Will it be that with your SSN and DMV license or ID that it would be acceptable or do you actually need your Birth Certificate / Certificate of Live Birth in hand?
Will the banks that have your present bank account allow you to gain access to your QFS Account with limited funding till ‘you are who you say you are’ and not have stolen someone else’s ID and then a Sovereign Passport will be given to you at a different location or mailed to you, but a recent photo must be taken to receive it, not with a mug s--t or by a security camera?
250 million lawful adults in the USA to have this done at this time thus it will be maybe a year at a rushed pace to get it done, but it will get criminals and certain government officials kept from traveling and access to their own QFS Account.
