I am truly confused. As Judy encourages us to do, I did some research of my own on the start up of the Quantum Financial System using “is the quantum financial system activated or live?” in both Bing Search and Google Search.
According to Judy’s source “Carolyn Bessette Kennedy,” “Boom. What we’ve been warning about is now undeniable. The Quantum Financial System (QFS) is no longer a theory. It’s rolling out—right now.”

All the cited sources agree that a Quantum Financial System is under development, but the technology doesn’t yet exist for it to become a reality.
Perhaps “Carolyn Bessette Kennedy” would be willing to share her sources of this information? I’m sure it would benefit us all.
