They are telling us Iraq is acceding. They have done everything necessary to do this …and the Arab summit is coming and this is popping back up into the news…and Monday there were articles calling for the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar.
There are some very happy bond holders…and we are seeing movement. It is all positive. I do have a group facilitator…one who is helping with the process, who is traveling this weekend (very unusual over Easter) to the Midwest. I am hoping this is indicative of timing. I think it still looks good for this month.

I believe this is a reinstatement, an RI because the RV…that was done a long time ago, about 5 to 7 years ago… IMO the new exchange rate, whatever it is…they’ve been using it for quite a while now. ‘Oh, sure Frank, Oh sure! Oh sure!’ You don’t believe it? Don’t believe it. It’s my opinion. You know why it’s my opinion? It’s the only way everything makes sense that we’re seeing…We’re missing variables…It’s called the new exchange rate…
If they come out at 1 to 1 that’s s****d. But if they come out at $3.22 that’s an RI…What if they come out at $3.23? Is it an RI? It’s an RV.

Iraq has been focused on one thing for the last 2 years and the data shows just how far she has come in the development road project to date. There should be no doubts about it that this is a massive project that will be a gateway for development for the east to the west. What’s the hold up? I would say the integration into the global financial system with a new real effective exchange rate. That’s it. That’s what I believe…and I believe they’re ready.
